MOBILE TOY LIBRARY FOR GROUPS is a toy lending service to groups working with young children.  Toys are loaned for a term at a time or to one off crèches.  It enables groups with eager volunteers and premises, but no money, to begin to operate with a stock of safe & durable toys, continuing to borrow until they have established their own stock.
